We are working closely with a neighboring Delta rancher to retail high quality grass-fed beef. Why grass-fed? Studies show grass fed beef is higher in Omega-3s, vitamins B & C and lower in fat, making it a delicious, rich, high protein source. And the flavor... unmatched!
